The most standard techniques applied in most of our projects are: multiple imputation, immortal bias correction, propensity score adjustment and matching, time-depending analyses or different methodologies for multivariate survival analysis: competing risks and multi-state model analysis.I was responsible to design and implement the computer cluster we currently use. It works under Linux. Different libraries and other tools have been developed to organize and analyse the information contained in the files (+1Gb each) we usually use.Since 2013 I am member of the technical committee of SIDIAP. SIDIAP is a database used to generate reliable research from computerized medical records. It contains information from the Catalan population (7 million people): demographic variables, laboratory and practitioner measurements, drugs consumption, disease registers, hospital discharges, etc. Show less
