Serves as technical and operations expert for the Transportation Scheduling Software (TSS) as used in all garages and rail locations. Provide implementation, training, and ongoing support for operators, dispatchers, maintenace employees and others who utilize TSS to increase efficiency of operations.

Reducing hours of service violations by maintaining an adequate extra man board at the operating divisions. - Administering the department's operating budget and answering for all variances.- Member of various committees including; Bus Operator Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) Committee, Accident Reduction Committee and Amalgamated Transit Union's Operator Work Rules Committee.- Overseeing and managing operator's bids, payroll and vacation with our Dispatcher Bid system.- knowledge of Crystal Reports, Trapeze and GIRO databases, Microsoft Access, queries, Windows 7 and 10 and Microsoft Office.

Qualified on all Port Authority Light Rail procedures which include signaling, rail car troubleshooting and all other rail operating procedures. Valid Pennsylvania Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with air break and passenger endorsements.
