With the aim of further extending the face mask business and the use of fine fiber material in other applications, eg water and blood filtration the role is responsible for- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction;- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs:- Arrange business meetings with KAM and Sales Manager;- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;- Support SMs and KAMs for scouting new Business Opportunities.

Philips Italy Israel and Greece- Lead the product category (Oral Health Care), responsible for short/mid-term product portfolio, MarCom and MIP;- Responsible to translate business opportunities into product-market combinations, the definition of commercial specifications for the required products, the co-responsibility for the realization of the products and the proper introduction of these products in the market;- Owner of the product strategy & planning process, define and realize a global/regional marketing policy for the OHC unit;- Support and guide the Product Creation Process by market research, the definition of commercial requirement specifications and product specifications;- Set up and execute roadmaps for the introduction of new products or updates and the phasing-out of existing products in such a way that an optimal product portfolio is available on the market in time and with low costs of stock.- Define the marketing communication plan and budget and make sure that the MarCom deliverables, like packaging, manuals and product information, is available in the required languages, in order to successfully introduce and promote products and compete with the competitors.- Develop sales plans in cooperation with the sales channels and key accounts in order to maximize the support to the sales process and set prices and product positioning and to define sales training and sales support.- Contribute to the definition of the strategy and goals of the commercial unit as member of the Management Team, so that all business processes can be optimized and aligned to maximize the performance.-Define and manage the marketing budget, manage the marketing team and develop the members the marketing team, in order to keep a high professional contribution to goals of the product creation unit.-Plan, build and maintain relations with key account or key users in order to stay connected to the developments and trends in the market.
