CurrentHead of marketing for ING in the Americas, covering North America and LatAm. Responsible for leading marketing and communications activities in the Americas, and since 2020 also part of the three person team leading global marketing and advertising for the Wholesale Bank.Led the global Wholesale Banking rebrand in 2019/2020. The project implemented a new brand identity in 2019, while also overhauling marketing and advertising strategy at ING to bring together different global stakeholders including sector, product and regional heads in a combined approach for the first time. This was followed by new advertising campaigns in 2020 and 2021. The campaign won the Digiday 2021 best B2B campaign award.Implemented a KPI-based approach to marketing in the Americas to better connect marketing efforts to business performance. Rolled out and implemented a number of marketing tech platforms to help better deliver internal and external messaging, including platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, as well as ABM advertising, internal and external email platforms.
