Primary responsibilities include leading client meetings, workshops, and presentations of consumer journeys, digital ecosystems, and integrated communications and CRM plans to senior clients with minimum supervision, as well as everything that is listed as a Junior Strategist and Strategy intern.

Supported and worked with FCB/SIX’s Strategy Directors and its EVP of Strategy on a variety of new business pitches, presentations to existing clients and award initiatives. With their guidance, developed and presented consumer journeys, digital ecosystems, and integrated communications and CRM plans to senior clients. Other responsibilities include everything listed as a Strategy Intern, as well as: conducting UX audits through user testing videos and heat-map analysis; writing creative briefs and working with the creative team to ensure executions were on strategy and supported by research; leading, conducting and reporting on interviews with key client stakeholders; and developing and presenting a weekly inspiration session at agency all-staffs about new and innovative ideas both in and out of industry.

Worked under and learned from award-winning and top ranked strategists Thomas Wilkins and Zac Matheson by quickly and efficiently supporting them and the wider strategy team on both new business pitches and presentations to existing clients for a variety of different industries. Responsibilities included conducting competitive, content and UX audits, coordinating and facilitating focus groups, researching industry trends, mapping consumer journeys, visualizing digital ecosystems, identifying key target audiences & strategic insights and providing data points to back up existing strategies and recommendations.

Develop a branding strategy and oversee the creation of the new landing page for Yety.ca’s launch in the Fall of 2017 by writing weekly reports analyzing its competition and target audience, coordinating interviews to hire creative, and maintaining communication to ensure the creative is delivered on time and on brief.

Used a telxon scanner to fulfill orders during the holiday rush. The multitude of different products in each bin, immense size of the fulfillment center, long hours due to mandatory overtime, and strict rate requirement of 100 items per hour demanded exceptional efficiency, a tireless work ethic and good cardio.

Assisted the director, producer and set construction department with a variety of tasks, including stopping traffic and redirecting pedestrians on location shoots, coordinating the purchase of snacks and catering for the cast and crew, managing talent, and building the sets for the 2016 election at CTV.

Managed a team of twenty to plan, set up, and facilitate the safe movement of lines at Scotiabank Theatre. Because the venue screened over 60% of the films at TIFF, had the highest volume of patrons, and lacked sufficient space to form lines, this position was widely regarded as one the most challenging at the festival.
