• I founded a new in-house engineering practice, RevLabs, which grew to ~50 engineers and product managers across US and Dublin. The engineers were full stack (React, JavaScript, Spring Boot, React-native, IOS, Android) and subscribed to test-first and extreme (paired) programming. The team was focused on the Hertz Digital channel (Hertz.com, Hertz mobile app) and used AWS cloud services.• The RevLabs team replaced 100+ consultants while providing faster speed to value.• As Chief Engineer, I managed all full stack developers and was responsible for the technical direction, tooling,CI/CD, and engineering standards for the company.• As Senior Director of Rates, I was the technical product owner for the Hertz Rates Platforms. I created the roadmaps to modernize the platform and concurrently managed two internal engineering team (java/.net)• As Senior Director of Integrations, I managed about ~100 MuleSoft consultants. I laid out a roadmap to retire MuleSoft by end of 2023. Working directly with our new investors, I helped launch Digital Mesh, a microservice/events strategy.
