Hi, I'm Madeleine. I am an adaptable, multi-faceted professional who loves thinking outside the box. Life has led me through experiences that have shaped me into a thoughtful and driven recruitment marketing professional. A previous manager has described me as someone who makes sense out of nonsense, and I proudly wear that badge. I love finding and implementing solutions to complex problems, improving efficiencies across operations, and producing and administering trainings materials. Outside of my professional life, I have a few hobbies and interests including reading, playing the flute, and crafting. I also support JDRF and Carolina Children's Charity in honor of my nephew whenever possible. Out of all the roles I have held in life, my favorite is being a mom to my daughter.
