I have performed various roles in sales, recruiting and internal talent acquisition while at The Select Group. I was hired as the first ever VP to help TSG scale and open up new offices when they were a $8M company with a single office in Raleigh. I created sales and recruiter reports to increase accountability, developed the current commission structures, helped the CEO establish a phantom stock plan for high performing employees, opened up 3 offices (DC, Toronto and Boston), lead all of the internal hiring efforts (hiring up to 125 people a year) and ran a national delivery center that has grown from $14K in weekly spread to $135K in spread in less than 3 years. In addition, I have managed 17 people who went on to win President’s Club, 11 of which I brought into TSG as new hires. When I left TSG, they were a $130M+ company with 11 offices.
