Built relationships with Wildcat alumni, parents, and friends in Arizona and California and offered meaningful opportunities for philanthropic investment in the University of Arizona.*Surpassed FY22 fundraising goal by 144% and exceeded FY23 goal by 226%.*Directed and managed the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of major and principal gift level prospects located in Arizona, California, and beyond. *Developed and managed a portfolio of 50-75 assigned donors and prospects for major gifts of at least $50K and raising a minimum of $1.5M per year, while discovering new high-capacity prospects.

*Supported the Senior Vice President/President & CEO in the management of the University of Arizona’s most affluent and influential supporters. Developed and coordinated processes used to identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward principal gift donors and prospects of $3M and above. Served as active team member with principal gift prospects and donors, and played an external role with these prospects and donors. *Assisted the SVP/President & CEO with managing the process for identifying, cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding principal donors and prospects of three million dollars and above. *Took a lead role in managing the development travel schedule and calendar coordination for the University President and the President & CEO. *Actively participated in personal visits with donors on appointments with the University President and the President & CEO, as well as academic deans and senior leadership.*In collaboration with the Office of Donor Services, worked on the development of personalized, high touch stewardship plans for top donors and prospects of $3M and above as well as the systems that support good stewardship as a strategy for advancing relationships. *Contributed to cultivation and stewardship of principal prospects by participating in appropriate donor events, coordinating strategically with the Office of Donor Services.

*Helped direct the Foundation Development program and the Grant Information, Facilitation, and Training (GIFT) Center by: identifying, cultivating, and stewarding foundation prospects and donors; assisting University of Arizona development officers, faculty and staff with the grant proposal and award process; and coordination of activities associated with the GIFT Center.*Worked with development officers, faculty, and staff to develop, edit, deliver, and follow-up on proposals and reports to foundations (helped bring in nearly $5M in grants).*Managed creation, production and distribution of solicitation and marketing materials for Faculty Seed Grants and Community Connection Grants programs, reviewed and rated grants, and served as liaison for committee volunteers. *Identified possible corporate and foundation grant prospects, and developed and maintained private and corporate foundation relationships in all phases of the development cycle, analyzed prospect information to identify likely sources for specific projects and programs.*Supported development officers, faculty, and staff in stewarding foundation donors, participated in the coordination and planning associated with foundation site visits.*Helped department support larger strategic University initiatives involved with foundation development.
