- Lead and manage the HR and Training Department (directly report to Deputy Head/Head of HR Division), including: Talent Acquisition, Training and Development, Personnel Organization, Assessment, Emulation and Reward,... - Propose/Develop regulations and policies related to HR and Training Department.- Participate in the development of HR Management System (HRMS) software.- Join the Internal Audit Team to inspect the HR and Training field of the Corporation's member units.- Propose and implement HR workshops.- Other tasks as assigned by Head/Deputy Head of HR Division.

- Propose ideas and organize staff engagement activities, such as: Year End Party, Ceremony events (8/3, 20/10,...),...- Be MC for almost internal events of PVTrans.

* Talent Acquisition:- Support HR Manager in posting job, screening CV, arranging interviews,...- Analyze and generate annual recruitment reports.* Learning Development:- Collect and analyze training needs to propose the training plan to HR Manager.- Organize the internal training courses for various levels.* HR Administration:- Prepare documents related to personnel organization.- Record and manage employees information.

- Consult to brainstorm ideas and event/program plans.- Be MC for various types of events/programs for companies/enterprises, such as Conference, Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, Grand Opening, Year-End Party, Concert,...- Be guest speaker for some university's workshops about improving public speaking skill, MC skill set,...Recognition and Gains:- Public speaking skill, Presentation skill, Communication skill.- Gain knowledge and understand different types of companies/enterprises.

- Plan and implement a project named "Enhancing candidate experience".- Conduct the survey (online survey, in-person interview, telephone survey, mail-in survey) and discover candidate psychology.- Screen candidate resumes and find out potential candidates who matches with ACB most.Recognition and Gains:- Planning skills, teamwork skill.- Gain more real experience in the recruitment process.
