As the co-owner, treasurer, and assistant managing director of an agricultural firm that handles a citrus and palm oil plantation, I primarily support tasks to assist the Chairman of the Board and instruct the Farm Manager in farm operations and production. I oversee the supply chain, operational cost, risk and audit activities, develop and execute strategic business plans, manage staff, set project goals and guidelines, establish financial budget forecasts and timelines, and delegate responsibilities among employees. I also evaluate the data trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategies, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing agribusiness sales.
