With over 33 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Navy, I am currently the CEO of the Navy League of the United States, a pivotal civilian organization committed to supporting our sea services and their families. I hold a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. A proven possess in leading and managing complex operations, projects, and teams. As the 13th Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy, I had the honor of being the senior-most enlisted leader and advisor to the Chief of Naval Operations. In this capacity, I played an integral role in helping to shape Navy culture, policies, and programs aimed at enhancing the readiness and welfare of over 400,000 Sailors and their families. Upon retiring from active duty, I took on leadership roles at VIQTORY, a military marketing firm, serving as both COO and CEO. Here, I utilized my expertise in operational planning and military marketing to bridge the gap between the military community and civilian opportunities.Since joining the Navy League in 2019 as Executive Director, and subsequently being appointed as CEO in 2021, I have focused on overseeing the organizations business operations- supporting the strategic direction and work of our organization. With over 188 councils and 30,000 members worldwide, our mission is to serve and support our sea services and their families while educating and informing the public and policymakers about the significance and value of our maritime forces.
