I have coordinated the marketing sector of a radio network focused on planning, internal communication, inbound marketing and development of commercial projects and events. I still provide outsourced services to the company. With an entrepreneurial profile, I was a partner in a communication agency in Porto Alegre. After this period I developed a business plan, prospective investors and started the operation of a nail polish chain which was pioneer in the sector in Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil. As partner director and founder, I managed the whole operation. Administrative and financial sector, recruitment and team management, besides marketing with focus on digital media and social networks. I am guided by new challenges and constant learning.
