KT - Kinetics Technology S.p.A is a global engineering, procurement and construction company that specializes in delivering technology oriented projects for the petrochemical, gas, energy, bio-fuels, and environmental industries. In Kinetics Technology I have the role of Estimating Head of department. My duty is to provide leadership for all cost estimates related to prospective projects around the world, develop methodologies, internal cost DB and Lead all the estimators.In particular the following are the most significant project my Department leaded:• Hydrotreatment Unit (Europe)• Several Green Hydrogen production unit• Several Blue Hydrogen investment studies• Several Green Ammonia investment studies• Several Waste to Chemicals investment studies• Delayed Coker Unit & Refinery revamping (Croatia)• Hydrocracker Complex (Russia)• Refinery Upgrade Project (Azerbaigian)• Delayed Coker Unit and Hydrogen Production Unit (Europe)• Hydrocracker Complex Central Africa (Camerun)• Refinery Off Gas Recovery Project (Europe)• Shale Oil Upgrading Project – Europe (> 500 M$)• Several Sulfur recovery Unit (from 10 to 600 M$)• Several Hydrogen production unit (from 10 to 300 M$)• Methanol production Complex (> 400 M$)

In this role I provide global leadership for all cost estimates related to prospective projects as well as project control of ongoing projects. In detail Is my duty to define global procedure and methodology, and to ensure that the produced estimate are conducted in accordance. Furthermore as Member of global management my blessing is required to submit a bid.Equally important, I drove the integration of risk management principles with respect to project management and other key areas of our business with a view toward leveraging risk to improve business and financial results.I also had an interface role with M&G’s risk management organization to ensure alignment with the Group. I reported to the CEO of Chemtex Global.

Estimating Manager: responsible of coordination and management of estimating Team resources and activities of single project. I was involved in:1) Investment cost estimating manager for a new Canadian oil sands refinery project (1500 -2000 M$)2) Responsible for Risk Analysis methodology & tool development during EPC estimating3) Investment cost estimating manager for a new Canadian “LC – Fining” project (29000 BPSD)4) Responsible for a new Vietnam fertilizer plant cost estimate5) Investment cost estimating manager for a new Canadian oil sands refinery project (1800 -2200 M$)

Sr. Estimating engineer: responsible of coordination and management of project estimating team resources and activities.I was involved in:1) Responsible for combined cycle 800 MW Power plant in south of Italy engineering & construction cost estimating (400 M€);2) Responsible for combined cycle 800 MW (single shaft) Power plant in Gissi engineering & construction cost estimating;3) Responsible for a feasibility study for aromatic production plant in Shangai;4) Responsible for a Biofuel plant engineering & construction cost estimating5) Project manager for PTA (British Petroleum) Alliance special project : China based PTA plant cost model definition.6) Responsible for revamping cost estimate of a Gas treatment and pumping plant in Perù.7) Chief estimator for a New Alkylation plant in Cile

Supporting Estimating managers in the coordination and management of project estimating team resources and activities.I was involved in:1) Morocco Refinery plant revamping estimating (500 M€);2) Nigerian GTL (gas to liquid) plant engineering & construction cost estimating (1400 M€);3) Responsible for combined cycle 400 MW Power plant in Naples revamping cost estimating (250 M€);
