The versatility of Biotechnology made me want to pursue this BSc at the University of Aveiro. With a broad curricular plan, I developed a greater interest in the food field, which lead me to the MSc in Food Safety and Technology, at NOVA University of Lisbon. Motivated and energetic, I always look for new knowledge, and I adapt easily to new environments and challenges. I have a great interest in the world of fermented foods which lead me to QC work in two different craft breweries (Dois Corvos Cervejeira and 8ª Colina). Nowadays, I'm experiencing with sourdough bread with the innovative Gleba - Moagem e Padaria, breaking the limits of what can go inside a bread! I like to travel and get to know different cultures, as well as to work in multidisciplinary teams, which I had the opportunity to experience while living in Sweden and working in an innovation project at Tetra Pak.
