ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Provide end-to-end sourcing support on several high-profile company projects and/or initiatives, including, but not limited to, the following: • U.S and Canada Fleet Management Program (Wheels, Inc.) • Regional Office Supplies Program (Staples Advantage) • North America Corporate Travel Program (Egencia) • Global Point of Sales Retail Audit Services (Nielsen; IRI)• Implemented and currently manage Essity North America’s corporate barter program. I drove the utilization of more than $4 million trade credits over the last 5 years to offset company’s actual cash layout for various media spending. These trade credits were accumulated by my brokering the sale of obsolete assets which had already been either fully depreciated, or written off, by company, therefore, having no existing book value. In most cases Essity got to essentially repurpose the full acquisition value of the sold assets, via the bartered credits.

Primarily responsible for providing sourcing and procurement support for Ditech’s/Ally’s Legal Department. That support included, but was not limited to: • Facilitating Sourcing/Procurement events (i.e.: RFPs, RFIs, bid/pricing solicitations)• Contract negotiation/management• Direct rate/price negotiations/re-negotiations with preferred suppliers• Supplier relationship management• Supplier diversity• Advising on alternative fee arrangements• Spend data analysis• Cost benefit analysis• Savings and/or cost avoidance validation• Process improvement• BenchmarkingACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Exceeded both my 2012 and 2013 individual savings goals of, $6 million and $4.5 million, respectively. Over this period, I conducted a number of sourcing events, which included direct contract negotiations, bid solicitations, RFPs, etc., for the procurement of, but not limited to the following products/services, resulting in a validated savings of approximately $13 million: contingent labor, legal services, print/copier management, office supplies, office equipment, facilities services.• Introduced concept of supplier diversity to company, and subsequently drafted an unpublished strategic approach and program implementation plan.• Over a 2 year period from 2010 thru 2011, I supported Ally Legal in significantly reducing its outside counsel spend, through the administration of a series of sourcing events. Through these efforts, the resulting validated savings was in excess of $25 million. Additionally, my work efforts during this period contributed to helping reduce the company’s outside counsel vendor count by several hundred vendors.

Additionally, in my role at PJM, I achieved the following:• developed and/or revised company's standard agreements for Use and Nondisclosure, and General Terms and Conditions for the purchase of Products and Consulting or Professional Services; • developed company's policies and procedures for Contract Administration;• developed company's preferred vendor program;• implemented company’s, then, automated contract management system (Contraxx by ECTEON)

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Successfully negotiated a 3 year Field Credit outsourced contract which resulted in a projected $3.3 million savings over the term of the agreement.• Successfully negotiated a 2 year, $12.3 million Meter Reading contract for Transfer Work. The agreement was to result in a projected $4.2 million savings to PECO.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• As a member of the Procurement & Payment Management leadership team, I negotiated several key enterprise-wide vendor contracts. The overall division initiative generated approximately $35 million in purchasing savings in year one, of which I directly produced $8.2 million.• Lead negotiations for a four-vendor food services contract that resulted in a $1.5 million reduction in company subsidy.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS:• Provided financial analysis and support for all seven company-wide outsourced programs managed within the CoreStates Purchasing Department. These programs included: office supplies, business forms, office equipment, records retention, reproduction services, corporate subscriptions and travel.
