Founded in Denmark in 2004, Specialisterne translates from Danish as “The Specialists”.Established in Australia as a social enterprise in 2015, today Specialisterne works with a number of clients across various industries providing Consulting and Advisory; Recruitment services to successfully source, place, retain and increase the value of neurodiverse talent within their organisations; Workplace Support including mentoring and coaching; and Training and Education tailored to the organisation. Specialisterne Australia overseas the Asia Pacific region of Specialisterne Global which operates in 23 countries.

First Nations Foundation is the only national Indigenous charity in Australia with a focus on financial well being. The Foundation is passionate about economic freedom for First Australians*. Established in 2006 by a group of respected First Australian leaders, the Foundation was set up with the support of Credit Union Australia, Arnold Bloch Leibler lawyers and the ANZ Bank. The Foundation has three strategic focus areas: Education: a money management program which assists First Australians with the skills to navigate the financial services system. Unison provides a diverse range of housing services across Victoria and in Adelaide, including social housing, affordable housing, private rental, and owners corporation services for private owners. We believe that affordable housing is the foundation on which to build a life of value, but that a good life takes more than just housing. A good life takes place in a community. Unison is one of the largest housing providers in Victoria, managing more than 2500 tenancies. We provide affordable housing, and work to reduce disadvantage and social exclusion for people who have previously been homeless by helping to create communities around them. Unison also assists over 3000 people each year who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

Oversaw the transition of all Microfinance business from Good Shepherd Youth and Family Service and led the establishment of Good Shepherd Microfinance and took on role as Deputy CEO - GM Development and Innovation. Building on the work of the Good Shepherd Sisters, Good Shepherd Microfinance was Australia’s largest microfinance organisation offering a suite of people-centred, affordable financial programs for people on low incomes at different financial stages of their lives.As Deputy CEO - Development & Innovation, led one third of the organisation’s workforce with 4 direct reports and an overall team of 25.
