As a UX Designer and Usability Engineer, I bring over twenty years of experience in the job market. I hold a postgraduate degree in Information Architecture & User Experience from Faculdade Impacta Tecnologia.In 2023, I completed the Executive Programs 'Designing High Impact Solutions with MITdesignX' and 'Human-Computer Interaction for User Experience Design' at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).I'm currently studying for an MBA in Artificial Intelligence in order to improve my skills in this area and integrate AI solutions into the user experience.As a professional in the field of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), my primary objective is to ensure the usability of websites and applications, providing insights for decision-making and ensuring the ease of use of digital products through a user-centered approach.Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working for a variety of companies and institutions, including the State Government of São Paulo, Prosperidade Conteúdos, Flutter Innovation, Ambev and ECA/USP, among others. I am currently working with the Usability team at Philips Healthcare Informatics as a Senior UX Designer and Scrum Master with PSM I certification from Scrum.Org.
