Nell'ambito del processo di ristrutturazione aziendale che ha portato alla rivisitazione delle linee prodotto di cucine, al fine di conquistare la fascia medio-bassa del mercato, l'azienda intendeva rafforzare la sua identità aziendale, il mio compito è stato quello di curare lo sviluppo della nuova immagine aziendale.Come consulente ho seguito tutti gli aspetti inerenti all'area Marketing e Comunicazione,collaborato e coordinando gli altri partner della Società nella realizzazione dei marchi e individuando le strategie ottimali per promuovere la nuova immagine e mission aziendale.Ho condotto uno studio d'immagine approfondito sull'attuale posizionamento aziendale, sui prodotti offerti e sul mercato che l'azienda intendeva aggredire al fine di ridisegnare il brand e pianificare una linea coordinata di strumenti in grado di rafforzare la presenza sul mercato ed aumentare le vendite.___________________________________________________________________________________I took care of the development of a new company image when the company itself was revisiting/restructuring the kitchens layout inside out in order to target the medium-low market.As a consulent, I followed up all the matters related to Marketing and Communication, I cooperated with the other partners of the company by coordinating them during the realization of logos.I was to find the optimal strategies for promoting the new company image and mission.I conducted a brand study on the company position in the market, on its product portfolio and on the yearned market that they intended to target. The aim was to redesign the brand itself and to identify consistently the tools able to strengthen our market position and increase sales.
