Current• Collaborate with the Senior Vice President of Sales to help manage 48 properties in the Azul Portfolio, emphasizing productivity and revenue growth. • Take meeting minutes during our bi-weekly Franchise Webinar Calls via MGS and distribute each weeks' notes to all Marriott GM's, DOS's, and Corporate Accounts within the portfolio.• Complete the STR Summary Scorecard in excel each week, providing a report on each hotel’s performance relative to their RGI goals, RevPAR, and Occ index compared to the comp set, and send to each hotel for review.• Ensure all Sales Associates are on track with their SalesBoost training and add / deactivate any accounts as needed. • Process Amazon orders for SalesBoost incentives.• Serve as the Director of Jostle, Azul’s internal communication platform, welcoming each new employee to the team. Train Regional VP's and new users on how to utilize the platform, as well as manage account additions and deactivations as needed. • Implement strategies to help increase our portfolio engagement on Jostle (went from 45% to 75% engagement in a span of 3 months).• Recruit on LinkedIn for potential candidates for any open position that needs to be filled for an Azul property (we hired 3 employees that I recruited).• Audit / add new users to all necessary platforms to ensure employee profiles are added / deactivated as needed. • Manage the Azul Contact List and update employee information.• Assist with invoicing.• Create Expedia TravelAds for each property, targeting low occupancy dates.• Add / update email signatures for each property with accurate information.• Utilize Reveal Mobile to geofence locations near the hotel that experience high foot traffic / create campaigns.• If necessary, train any new hourly employee on how to manage their time sheet in Paycom.• Complete any assigned projects from management.• Answer any questions the team has for me and be of support to the entire portfolio.
