Together, they play a pivotal role in sharing this information with other families about how best to take advantage of school resources and navigate the college admissions process, thus catalyzing change in the larger community.

Led the development of a private institution of higher education in Kuwait. Performed all executive and administrative functions from supervising the leadership team, hiring faculty and administrative staff, curriculum development, establishing policies and procedures, to strengthening operational efficiency including human resources, information technologies, student recruitment and enrollment, marketing and communications, finance, and facilities management. Set the foundation for an American model of higher education focused on academic excellence, data-informed decision making, and continuous improvement.
