Selected to lead the Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Textron accounts in the newly created Cedar Rapids based Cabin Management Systems team. Cabin Management business unit was closed and moved from Irvine, California to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. • Profit/Loss leader for cabin portfolios with Bombardier, Gulfstream, and Textron.• Led business development effort to establish two production contracts with Gulfstream aircraft for optional cabin management components.• Led 1-1/2 year product development program to introduce a 4K video to the Bombardier Global 5500 and 6500 cabin management system. This was an industry first 4K video cabin management system.• Responsible for all business development activities.

Selected to lead the Technology Insertion Hardware (TIH) TI-18 Development and Manufacturing Program for the US Navy. DRS is the prime contractor to the US Navy. TIH is a multi-­‐year non-­‐recurring development program (~$50M) along with a multi-­‐year (~$150M) production program. • Program scope includes development of three unique submarine platforms, formal qualification of all systems, generation of all required Logistics deliverables, and three years of production for all platforms.• Program focal to the US Navy customer for submarine TI-18 program.• Led subcontractor management for multiple program subcontractors.• Oversaw engineering team developing the three (3) TI-18 platforms.• Executed all TI-18 production proposal activities.

Promoted to lead hardware and software sales and to license Intellectual Property (IP) to airborne training customers. Worked throughout the entire Rockwell Collins enterprise. Led the Maritime/Fixed Station radio manufacturing for the Airborne, Maritime/Fixed Station (AMF) Joint Tactical Radio Systems (JTRS) program. Managed activities at teammates Raytheon, BAE Systems (two sites), General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Harris, and other Lockheed Martin business units.• Led testing development activities for universal test station for AMF program.• Worked closely with the US Navy program office and supported the Lockheed Martin IPT.
