The software is fully supported by MCS technicians, that contribute to provide to the company all the benefits of a specific software (CATIA V5).MOULD CONSTRUCTIONProduction of injection moulds for thermoplastic parts up to 30 tons mould weight.The CNC milling machines, up to 7 axis and also high speed, are operated by highly specialized toolmakers with long experience in this sector, committed to guarantee the quality of the moulds.QUALITY CONTROLSystematic quality control and targeted inspection criteria throughout the process of construction of the moulds.INJECTION MOULDINGIn this area, highly qualified technicians perform the tool trials on company’s moulding machines (from 650 to 2200 tons). All the moulds are tested under series production conditions, including the processing parameters, that are subsequently provided to the customer.Small number of samples and pre-production are possible and are offered to customers in the form of service at the lowest cost.

Le frese CNC, fino a 7 assi e anche ad alta velocità, sono utilizzate da personale altamente specializzato con lunga esperienza nel settore ed impegnato a garantire la qualità dello stampo.CONTROLLO QUALITA’Sistematico controllo della qualità e criteri d’ispezione mirati durante tutto il processo di costruzione degli stampi.SETTORE STAMPAGGIOIn questo reparto, tecnici altamente qualificati eseguono i collaudi su presse di proprietà della ditta (da 650 a 2200 ton). Tutti gli stampi vengono testati in condizioni di serie, inclusi i parametri di processo, in seguito consegnati al cliente.Campionature di piccole serie e pre-serie sono possibili e vengono offerte sotto forma di servizio a costi vantaggiosi.
