Joined GTC at acquisition of first start-up and managed through the acquisition of 4 additional small companies. Merged and aligned organizations while establishing systems, consistent processes, and policies. Managed an organization of 35-40 employees. Departments and functions built and managed include customer on-boarding, customer care, technical support, on-line chat, specialized care, executive care, sales operations, CRM management, project management and customer training. Executive care team and churn management processes built and managed to retain customers and improve on-going subscription revenue.

Assignment to design and execute repeatable cross-functional go-to-market processes for an organization constructed as multiple acquisitions by a private equity organization. Post-acquisition resulted in a newly formed functional organizational structure from a previous product based structure. Role expanded and on-boarded to provide Program Management for key strategic investments.

Established and managed the Governance function supporting the Service Delivery organization in the design, development and delivery of the telematics product offerings as well as back office internal support initiatives. Focus on implementing, tracking and auditing the development cycle utilizing a cross-functional tollgate process, driving standards, methodology and quality in the delivery of Verizon Telematics services to both domestic and international markets. Build and managed a team of two program/project management professionals as well as a team of up to four business reporting analysts. Successfully transitioned reporting team/function to the finance organization post re-organization. **First 8 months - served in a Contractor role with permanent position start date of October 2012.

National Director for a high-tech start-up internet service provider. Developed National Program Strategy, compensation, contract terms, operational programs, sales programs, etc. Secured, launched, developed and managed new national distribution outlets and master dealers for Clearwire. Successfully launched new products, processes and services to the channel as well as developing and executing programs designed to grow, make more efficient, and improve key channel metrics.
