This technician, on a biweekly schedule, updates our other technicians with specific information concerning each of his or her customers. This can be useful under conditions in which the technician is out on vacation, sick leave, or cannot complete the support request in a timely manner. Someone at MCSOT is always aware of major changes in the environment so that they can properly support your systems.We also have an online support form which allows you to submit a service request just like our technicians create a work order. This saves you from making a phone call and you can document all the pertinent information about the issue you are having.
