The product knowledge I have developed throughout my career has been focused in the Passenger and Platform Lifts industry, in which I have become a subject matter expert. This has been reflected in my contributions to the Personal Lift Group of the Lifts and Escalator Industry Association (LEIA) and to Guide D 2020 Transportation in Buildings for the Chartered Institute of Building Service Engineers CIBSE) along with presentation engagements at significant industry events.Throughout my career, I have developed a holistic understanding of the end to end process from product development and manufacturing to market launch and business development. I am highly strategic in and have excelled at establishing clear roadmaps for boards and teams and mobilising resources effectively.I am passionate about and bring an insightful, up-to-date understanding of the 2010 Equality Act (formerly the 1995 Disability Discrimination Act).
