Supervise a staff of four Senior Library Assistants. Previously supervised nine part-time pages. Oversee Adult and Teen programming for the library, monitoring budgets of $20K and ensuring library meets service priorities. Purchase the Adult Non-fiction collection, with an annual budget of approximately $27 K. Host the "Book Break" reading advisory podcast. The program began in the pandemic on Facebook, and has progressed to a podcast show which averages 80 downloads per month. Started the Teen Advisory Board, which has now grown to 20 members, who average 22 hours of service per month to the library. Since inception, the teens have given over 1000 hours of service to the library! Serve as project coordinator for the Glimpses of Greece photography contest, now in it's seventh year. In 2022 there were 75 entries, and over 500 on-lines vote on our website for "People's Choice" award. An annual calendar featuring winning photographs is printed each year and 600 copies are distributed to winners and members of the community. Coordinated our sixth annual Rochester Reads Author visit in conjunction with Writers & Books. The Coordinate our community read at the Greece Public Library for the past three years. The past two years featured an in person author appearance from Etaf Rum and Cynthia D'Aprix Sweeney. Moderate the Greece Public Library book discussion group - which averages 14-28 people each month. Moderate a Facebook Historical fiction book club to allow patrons to participate virtually. Purchased all teen fiction, non-fiction, tween fiction and graphic novels for 11 years.Responsible for all weeding and displays for my collections. Plan reading challenges for adults and teens to promote reading and literacy. I am a photographer, and take most images for the library social media and publications.

Created "Read Across the States" reading program for adults and teens. In the first year we've had 152 register, and 4 finishers! Forged new community relationships beginning coding and technology programming with R.I.T. and literature and writing programs with Writers & Books. Library coordinator for "If All of Rochester Reads" author for the past six years. Select teen fiction and non-fiction, as well as all music CDs. Plan and develop all Teen Programming for the Greece Public Library- including the formation of a new Teen Advisory Board - which now has 17 members. I also present tech training and craft programs for adults, and serve as the alternate trainer for 3-D printing certification classes. Lead administrator for Teen Training Initiatives grant for Monroe County Library systems and Pioneer Library systems. Responsible for the grant proposal, reporting and administration for the grant won through the Harold Hacker Fund in 2014. Served on the Greece Public Library Emerging Technologies Committee, training employees and patrons on electronic devices for digital content. Developed strategies and social media campaigns on behalf of the library, including Pinterest boards for the library. I am a photographer, and take most images for the library social media and publications. Presented travel, craft, and educational programming at my library, teamed with local high school and middle school for digital literacy initiative, and taught classes at other Monroe County libraries.

Developed the very successful American Girl book club for children aged 6-12.Began the annual Teen Photo Contest for Monroe County teens. Started the Junior Friends group to allow teens to volunteer at the library, and have a voice in selecting materials.Developed customer service and research skills working on reference desks, and also worked in processing and circulation. Served as selector for easy readers, series books, and juvenile graphic novels.Promoted literacy for children of all ages with story times, books groups, and special programs.Coordinated the Adult Book Discussion Group several times a year, selecting the book, and moderating the discussion.
