Partnering with nonprofits on building philanthropic infrastructure for greater fundraising results, as well as effective goal setting for long-term sustainability including but not limited to strategic planning, Board governance, and succession planning.

Responsible for providing innovative leadership and strategic vision to all aspects of the school’s fundraising and external constituent relationships including but not limited to: major gift solicitation, capital development, corporate and foundation relationships, alumni relations, annual fund, prospect research, and donor relations. During my tenure, which included nearly 13 years as a consultant on retainer, I successfully grew the Annual Fund over 400% and completed 3 successful capital campaigns allowing for the construction of $13 million in permanent classroom and athletics facilities.

Provided long-term fundraising / development consulting services for clients such as the Metro Atlanta YMCA, YMCA of the USA, and Mill Springs Academy.
