As a Simcoe-County based lawyer, I practice corporate and commercial law and residential and commercial real estate law. Within the corporate sector, I assist businesses and entrepreneurs to facilitate their growth and development. I can assist with business mergers, purchases and sales. I can also assist new businesses, including professional corporations with incorporation and ongoing minute book recording. I am experienced in complex reorganizations, family trusts, rollovers and all manner of commercial financing. On the commercial side, I draft/negotiate all types of agreements, from software development agreements, to management agreements to equipment leases to aircraft purchase agreements and more. My real estate practice comprises residential sales, purchases and mortgages. I can assist with commercial sales and purchases, or commercial leasing work (acting both for landlords and tenants).Outside of my time spent in the practice of law, I also enjoy teaching business law and business and society courses at Lakehead University and have taught business law at Georgian College.
