Solutions involved rollout of EPCIS solution (Axway and subsequently Tracelink), manufacturing line solution implementation (Antares / PCE) for all product coding and aggregation along with SAP to control Master Data, Orders along with Warehouse Management.- Led numerous smaller improvement projects for Allergans plants such as implementation of Transportation to aid Shipping process, Artwork management solution integration, S&OP improvements (including usage of S&OP in the cloud), Technical improvements for forms and reports.
