Hi, I’m Michelle. I'm passionate about assisting companies that want their employees, clients, students to thrive! My story began as a Vocational Instructor working with adult learners of all ages and nationalities after completing my HBSc in Psychology. This is when I first noticed just how much physical and emotional health can affect a learner’s ability to concentrate and be the best they can be. For some people it was stress, for others focus, organizational skills or undiagnosed neurodivergence.To improve my skills in working with adult learners and in creating environments to best meet their needs I went back to school for my Masters of Education in Adult Education & Community Development.
