Conducted benchmark assessment of all operations. Developed and implemented multiple LOB improvement plans resulting in $4 million annual improvements using a variety of techniques including business process re-design, outsourcing, staffing models and automation enhancements.eCommerce Development Manager - Developed and implemented the company's first comprehensive eCommerce strategy. Directly responsible for www.boh.com, internet marketing, internet banking, bill payment services and the corporate intranet. Served as company-wide representative responsible for all delivery channel systems (teller, platform, ATM, call center and internet banking) when the bank converted to outsourced core processing. Also led the Business Process Improvement initiative to ensure that internal processes were aligned with the new systems in order to maximize efficiency.Year 2000 Program Manager - Coordinated all Year 2000 compliance activities. Maintained project focus, evaluated performance, managed regulatory relationships, and expedited the project across all subsidiaries. At its peak the project involved approximately 200 staff and a budget of $45 million.Information Technology Manager - Led a team that developed technology plans for various business segments and subsidiaries.
