I recently graduated from the University of California, Merced, with a Bachelor of Science in Cognitive Science. During my studies, I gained hands-on experience working in team settings on research projects and honed my skills in conducting A/B and correlational studies. These projects introduced me to industry-standard tools like RStudio, NetLogo, Gorilla, Jamovi, and Python, which I used to analyze complex datasets. One of my key projects involved designing a correlational study to examine implicit bias in news stories. I also contributed to a quantitative study analyzing sociolinguistic behaviors. These projects required extensive data analysis in RStudio, Jamovi, and Google Suite, allowing me to develop strong analytical skills. My academic experience is complemented by my time at Probolsky Research, a market research firm in Newport Beach, California. In addition to my academic and professional work, I have actively volunteered with organizations across Orange County, including the Youth Action Team in Irvine, where I participated in projects with the Ronald McDonald House Charities, OC Food Bank, and Pretend City Children's Museum. I’ve also volunteered at my local church, helping organize and moderate events, and at my library, assisting with event preparation and book sorting. Personally, I enjoy exploring current events and emerging topics, which keeps me engaged in both academic and professional discussions. Outside of work, I have a passion for the outdoors and seek out nature whenever possible.
