Binnen het wereldwijde netwerk van Vinci Energies ben ik verantwoordelijk voor de Business Units Actemium Plant Design en A&I Kwant Civiel, gevestigd in Veendam en Zwolle.In 2018 ben ik begonnen binnen Actemium als Clientmanager. Met een andere kijk op bedrijfsvoering en hoe we zaken zouden kunnen inrichten kreeg ik in 2020 de kans om door te groeien naar Business Unit Manager van de nieuwe Business Unit Plant Design. Sinds 1 april dit jaar heb ik ook de verantwoordelijheid gekregen over de Business Unit A&I Kwant Civiel. De kernwaarden binnen de organisatie maken het mogelijk dat we beide Business Units draaiende houden met een stijl die enorm bij me past: vanuit de kracht van elke medewerker afzonderlijk. De collega's in onze Business Units werken dagelijks aan het ontwerpen, optimaliseren of uitbreiden van industriële processen. Samen zijn we in staat om op een groen grasveld een volledig opererende fabriek neer te zetten. Wij hebben alle ervaring in huis, in proces-, Wtb-, en EIA engineering, maar ook civiele engineering is een mooie aanvulling binnen het netwerk.Kenmerkend binnen deze Business Units is de zelfstandigheid van onze mensen en de verantwoordelijkheid die ze voelen om met elkaar het beste resultaat te leveren. Een van mijn grootste drijfveren als Business Unit Manager is het stimuleren van zelfontwikkeling. Ik vertrouw op de kennis en kunde van mijn collega’s, ieder in zijn eigen specialisatie. Door persoonlijk ondernemerschap te stimuleren wordt iedereen in zijn eigen kracht gezet en dat levert uiteindelijk een goede bijdrage aan de dagelijkse business en de gewenste groei van onze Business Units. Ik werk vanuit mijn hart en kijk naar de mens achter de collega. Door hun drijfveren te leren kennen weet ik mensen op de juiste plek te krijgen in de organisatie. Dat geeft voldoening in mijn werk!
