Current-Amplify business priorities, operational goals, and culture by leading the design and development of OD, Talent Development, and Performance strategies.-Orchestrate planning and execution of wide range of internal company events, including product launches, holiday parties, kick-off weeks and in-person sync weeks, ensuring seamless coordination and memorable experiences that foster team cohesion and engagement.-Collaborate closely with business leaders, PBPs, and stakeholders to assess talent needs, aligning strategies to business priorities and achieving sustainable competitive advantage.-Advise executive leadership on talent and organizational effectiveness, incorporating external trends into strategic decision-making.-Lead identification of leadership behaviors, embedding success criteria across OD, talent development, and performance initiatives.-Design and implement growth pathways for leadership development, ensuring seamless progression from first-line managers to executive levels.-Direct strategy enhancements for onboarding programs, refining orientation and training for hires at all levels.-Pioneer employee development initiatives addressing skill gaps, enhancing capabilities, and promoting growth and career advancement.-Led change management expertise, coaching leaders to navigate and sustain organizational change.
