Current• Cultivating and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while driving account growth.• Collaborating with existing clientele, contributing to account strategies, and introducing new capabilities.• Proactively engaging with customers across various departments to highlight the value of vHive, ensuring successful system adoption and increased usage.• Orchestrating internal collaboration to deliver optimal solutions for customer pain points, fostering strong working relationships with Operations, Product Management, and other vHive departments.• Traveling as needed to develop and maintain relationships with regional customers.• Holding overall responsibility for prospect and customer training.• Managing and updating the knowledge base content.• Developing vHive-branded video tutorials.• Establishing regular engagement with customers through weekly calls.• Encouraging customer usage and expanding vHive product utilization by guiding back-end users to leverage available tools and ensuring seamless data integration with existing systems.• Assisting customers in training their field operators in the utilization of autonomous drones and vHive products.• Nurturing robust customer relationships as a subject matter expert in vHive's capabilities for power users and executive stakeholders.• Acting as an internal liaison between customers and the Sales, Product, and R&D teams to drive improvements and the addition of new features.
