Master Grower/ project manager for the nursery in their OMMP program. Designed and built indoor grow rooms and outdoor light deprivation green houses. Propagated all plants from the very beginning from clones, seeds and cross pollination methods to create new, more resilient, stronger strains. Managed all facets of the operation from the seed to sale in accordance with the OMMP’s rules and regulations. Helped grow this operation to a highly profitable, efficient, streamlined business. Trained new staff before I moved on to my own endeavors.
