- Responsible for the purchasing & logistics for five Government contracts, both for military and various U.S. Government agencies- Provides monthly financial reports, including analysis, trends, and forecasts, to company leadership- Project manager with a focus on creating solutions to new problems, identifying areas of growth, and developing new systems to improve employee productivity and problem solving.

- Responsible for the sourcing, coordination, and purchasing of materials, parts, services, and supplies to support ongoing corporate and customer activities on a global scale.- Develop, implement, and maintain a tracking system for all of the materials, parts, services, and supplied being procured.- Facilitate on-time delivery and accuracy of all materials, parts, services, and supplies, maintaining quality standards.

The Lead Analyst works closely with various Supply Chain, Engineering, and Construction Managers to identify optimal procurement strategies. The Lead Analyst is responsible for leading the implementation of these strategies with negotiated contracts and working with the Business Unit to ensure the agreements are delivering the anticipated benefits.

6/12-Present – Buyer: Provides purchasing solutions expertise, using Quality, Cost, Logistics, Development, Management (QCLDM) to deliver maximum value.- Leads process improvement team, tracks and analyzes monthly performance metrics for operation efficiency of vendors and internal processes; identifies and implements changes to improve performance.- Directs three-person team through transition after business acquisition; responsible for the procurement of more than $66 million dollars of parts and services through nearly 500 vendors in 2014.- Supervises supply chain and purchasing efforts to develop and monitor operations plans to meet schedule deadlines.

Responsible for the preparation and sustainment of combat-ready crew requirements for 20 airmen. Coordinated operations for six mission specialties to meet worldwide employment, contingency and exercise missions.- Awarded Squadron Tuskegee Senior Director of the month award by accumulated 740 combat hours in support of Operation New Dawn, supporting 6,100 aircraft in 490 close air support missions.- Co-authored multiple Squadron deployment standards, establishing new combat operations techniques ensuring future mission successes.- Awarded The Air Force Commendation Medal for reducing planned number of refueling tanker sorties through efficiency cancellations, saving $2 million in fuel costs with zero impact to combat mission.

Responsible for and supervised the administration of academic, simulator, flight and ground training of 65 personnel. Monitored positional manning levels, projected losses, obtained qualified replacements, and administered mentoring and feedback.- Initiated Squadron training continuation program, improving core skills for 39 aviators, increasing evaluation average to 100%.- Led Navy/Air Force integration conference with 30 participants, creating new combat Air Force tactics, techniques and procedures for multi-service standards.- Provided training as Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation New Dawn integration expert.

Supervised 15 personnel in the development of operational and tactical-level combat plans. Directed unit wartime theater certification program and supervised mission planning teams in support of tasks from the Joint Chiefs of Staff.- Top selection for U.S. Navy’s Fighter Weapons School (TOPGUN), graduating with a 97% academic average, and as the subject matter expert rewrote Squadron naval employment standards.- Led complex Squadron wartime training program, ensuring more than 300 aircrew members were certified 100% combat-ready.- Received multiple commendations, including Squadron Star Performer and Wing-level Tactician of the Month awards. Named #1 tactical officer.

Assisted the Senior Director with theater air operations planning and surveillance, and coordination of the weapons team. Directed and controlled counterair, counterland, electronic warfare, combat search and rescue, and aerial refueling missions to execute national security objectives.- Managed 12 personnel and four crucial programs, all of which enabled the Squadron’s successful spin-up and execution of combat operations in two wartime operations.- Directed command and control for 22 missions in Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom - recognized as crew leader on Expeditionary Group Team of the month.- Led rescue efforts as on-scene command and control operator for search and rescue mission, fusing the efforts of six rescue agencies to recover the crew from a boat in state of emergency.
