Taking charge in collaborating with our high-level clients' lawyers in France and selected locations to provide optimal tax structuring counsel and strategies to generate the profitable sale of luxury real estate.

In a prior role, I grew to become instrumental in implementing world-class tax structuring and funds solutions across AIF by initiating cross-functional partnerships with Brazilian domestic private equity firms, law firms, and family offices throughout Sao Paolo, RJ, and Minais Gerais. I also delivered cross-border asset preservation support, domestic/international tax development analysis, and tax law education.As a necessity to our company's growth, I took on the role of engaging new clients and tax consultations to implement hybrid loans between local Private equity investment funds Lux SIF, tax deferral, and private family funds with international liquid asset investments and concerns with umbrella funds. Able to formulate high-quality tax corporate structuring solutions for investment vehicles - AIF, I supported foreign SPVs, Trusts, and Swiss/Belgian Holdings projects across five offices in Luxembourg, Geneva, Brussels, Shanghai, and Hong Kong. I took on the responsibility to source for deals that promoted fund administration, corporate structuring, and cost control. I was also tasked with the routine evaluation of tax rates and taxability from various jurisdictions. I also took on the swift resolution of all sales and fiscal requests. My notable contributions included: • Delivered lending services and tax saving solutions to 90 % HNWI client portfolio in collaboration with clients’ lawyers.• Serviced individuals (U-HNW) in real estate dealings, as well as financing, insurance, registration and chartering of private aircraft and yacht acquisition.• Supported a number of legal entities in private investments and foreign banking across luxury real estate (mansions), Marine, Private aviation, and high-end restaurant deals.• Aided foreign enterprise in controlling family assets and established contractual coverage for 80 concierges from 25+ countries.
