I actively participated in the development of a new subsidiary "The Sustainable Dashboard." Cooperatively conceptualized, designed, and prototyped several spin off products to be coupled with the dashboard. Ultimately, two of these prototypes went to market. I created and delivered persuasive presentations to inform and promote new product lines and vetted potential clients.One of the products we developed was an interactive employee engagement tool. I developed and tested a scientific framework as part of my thesis to increase employee engagement.
