Current- Effective management of Chinese mainland dealers as well partial Asian dealers. To seek business oppurtunities by collecting multiple markets’ information and project information. Define dealer sales obligation and sales area. Manage project monthly,quarterly and yearly. Review with dealer twice a year to collect their questions and performace. Provide solution shortly to support sales activities. Successfully won bid for: shaoxing drainage, changzhou drainage, hangzhou minicipal inspection, ninghai urban management, SNPTC (nuclear industry), Shanghai WGQ municipal, chongqing drainage, nanjing mapping, etc... - Successfully established local after-service station, manage after-service, coach team member. Build after-service station from 0-1 within 5 months. Effectively Communicate with differenct department in China and Germany to speed up the project.Provide faster technical service to meet the client needs. Provide local language technician training for dealers. Strengthen brand recognition to enhance trust between BU and clients. - Facilitate Local for local project. Participate and provide support in VOC to build up business plan together with team. To share the feedback from matket with management to help to find right product which fits the best to the market.- Marketing management. Identify relevant marketing activities benefits sales. Participate conference & exhibitions, create logical brochures or flyers to increase visibility. Build good relationship with relevant association. Promote locolization together with technical superviser in sewer industry.
