Hi, I have four years of (practical) experience as an architect in Arcland Architecture and interiors in chennai, expertise right from architectural design - interior design - construction. During this period i have handled various projects from concept to completion, designed & executed various projects in chennai (Turnkey).l've worked on various interior design projects from luxury residential interiors to commercial interiors which gave me a good experience in the field of interiors, during my internship at FRDC i've worked on top retail brands like M&S, jockey,enamor, 3M and rareism. Experieced in eco-friendly design and construction - designed and handled a 2400 sq.ft builtup area duplex residential building in chennai, the project is eco-friendly and sustainable in terms of design and construction.Real estate has always been my interest list and i got an opportunity to work on an in-house project which was developed and sold by arcland, here i was involved not only in design and development of the project but also i was coordinating with the sales team which gave me a good experience about sales, this opportunity and experience motivates me to work on real estate and sales.Experiences of the past gave me the confidence and ability to handle the projects from start to completion and handing over of the projects to the clients, this experience taught me how to handle the clients and vendors, making sure everything's within budget and on schedule.Expertise in Revit (Bim) and other softwares - worked on revit for most of the architectural projects, i've got a good grab of software skills from planning to 3d modelling - visualization to presentation. not just that i work on ms office tools, graphic designs for marketing and wordpress for web creation.
