• Leads the Humanitarian Response programme of ActionAid Bangladesh• Contribute to strategic decision making on organization preparedness and humanitarian response programme• Leading Rohingya Response programme of AAB as Head of Sub-Office since Sep 2017• Represent AAB in different national and international level forums and networks, i.e. INGO- ESC, Start Fund Bangladesh, UN Clusters, NARRI Consortium. CHS Alliance.• Facilitate AAB and its partner level DRR and Emergency Preparedness activities.• Manage Contingency Fund at national level and local level.• Facilitate the capacity building of AAB and partner staff on DRR, Emergency Preparedness and Emergency Response, Core Humanitarian Standard, Code of Conduct, Sphere Standards, SoP etc.• Oversee all humanitarian response project of AAB.• Coordinated ‘Emergency First Action Support Team’ (EFAST) of AAB and support as member of International EFAST.• Represent AAB in the different forum in Cox’s Bazar, i.e., INGO Technical Leadership Team, Cox’s Bazar NGO Coordination, in different sector and sub-sectors, different meeting of the Refugee Relief and Repatriation Commissioner (RRRC) and District administration.• Managed 10 donors of Rohingya response projects which includes DEC, IOM, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNFPA, UN Women, UNDP, WFP, ChildFund Australia, Penney Appeal, Alborada Trust, ANCP.• Provide strategic guidance to the Rohingya Response team and monitor activities of different projects to ensure quality and timely implementation of the project ensuring ActionAid values and principles.
