CurrentEnsure all Electrical safety, maintenance, operation, rectification maintain. Ensure all operation, safety of Boiler, Compressor, Generator. Following compliance of Electrical, Boiler, Compressor, Generator etc. Testing of Electrical & Mechanical equipment. Supervision of Electrical, Mechanical works. Preventive maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical equipment. Update & checking all Electrical drawing like SLD, ELD, LPS, etc. Update all Electrical & Mechanical documents. Self assessment of Electrical & Mechanical system. Conduct third party audit. Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and to make recommendations. Undertake steps to reduce the utility cost specially water, stream, gas, Electricity, etc. Ensure smooth operation of fire equipment and system. Maintain the pre maintenance schedule of production machinery. Maintain personnel function such as supervision of Electricians, Technicians and Engineers. Execution & monitoring of renewable energy sources like Solar. Observe, study and prepare draft on issues or problems like Production loss, break down less efficiency in any specific machine or equipment or process. Establish and Coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials. Required to maintain machines and equipments in the prescribed condition. Carry out any other task provided by management. To organize and prepare factory for facing different Audit. Identify & develop technique to ensure that power system runs effeciently by minimum cost.
