 Check all Kind of Voucher. Daily petty cash maintains and reconcile and approved by Management. Data posting, data verify and preparing the vouchers. Prepare Ledger Book. Maintains cash book. Monitor the Collection and vender payment MaintainsPurchase ledger  Prepare and Reporting fixed assets register and related depreciation. Prepare Daily balance report &weekly Sales report. Ensure verification of the collection & Bank Reconciliation and make recommendations Where actions required. Maintains Dyeing ledger Book.  Maintains Check Register Book. Verification Budget and submit the Management. Knowledge in commercial side, especially in L/C related function will be treated as an additional qualification. Ensure verification of the collection & Bank Reconciliation and make recommendations where actions required. Prepare of Daily Receipts and payment Check all kind of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts. Carry out payments and receipts of approved transactions. Maintain Stock Register of Grey Ferries, Yarn, Finish goods and others. Perform monthly factory visit of SM Textile, Hossain Textile, Azraf Textile, Ikbal textile and others. Perform any other tasks assigned by management. Maintance Commission Register Book
