• SENIOR ENGINEER Duration: 07-09-2017 to Continuing G Gas LPG PLANT, Chalna , Khulna Duties/Responsibilities Cylinder Manufacturing Plant- Erection and Commissioning LPG Plant (Cylinder Manufacturing Plant and LPG Bottling Plant).- Excellent knowledge of the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment- Good communication -Ability to interact well with Management.- Time management and resource planning/management- Knowledge of current machine directives Goal oriented and focus on problem solving- Good Technical knowledge of process and equipment maintenance.- To attend breakdowns, diagnose faults and oversee time-critical repairs- To work and systematize action to improve the useful life of plant equipment and machinery- Ensure preventative & corrective maintenance activities are performed in a timely & efficient manner- Maintains safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures- Installations of electrical equipment’s VFD, Soft starter, Temperature meter, PT, Hydraulic Valve, Solenoid valves proximity switches (sensor) etc.Key Responsibilities Bottling Hall- Measurement / Monitoring of level pressure and temperature of liquid LPG.- weekly check and maintenance Flame Detector, Deluge Valve Equipment’s grounding ,Electrical Control Panel, Remote Operated Valves , ESD, HD, SD, Complete Fire Fighting Equipment’s.
