I am a passionate professional with a background in Disaster Management and Human Security, currently contributing my expertise to Nirapad, a network-based organization focused on Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) and Climate Change Adaptation (CCA). My work involves strategic coordination across organizations to enhance community resilience in the face of climate change impacts.In addition to my DRR and CCA work, I have hands-on experience with GIS and a growing interest in research and policy advocacy. I am also actively learning statistics, Python, research methodologies, and advanced GIS techniques to deepen my capabilities in data analysis and physical and human geography, and disaster management field.
