DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:* providing instant support to end user in case of unavailable of Router, LAN, Networking Printer and other networking devices,* Configuring TCP/IP of Server and Client Computer* Check Physical and logical connectivity regularly* Configure Layer2/Layer3 Router, Access Point* Monitor network traffic and broadcast* Making Cross cable/straight cable using cat5, cat6* connecting new Devices in wifi/LAN/ Wifi-LAN* Regular Communication with internet Service provider in case of slow Connectivity/ unavailability of internet or data connectivity.* Regular check data connectivity attendance devices, software and server connectivity* Upgrade internet security antivirus* providing Remote IT support using Tea viewer/Any Desk/remote Desktop* Installing OS in client PC and Server with all updated applications when needed* Change/repair/Upgrade RAM, Hard disc, wireless adapter, motherboard when any related problem occurs*communicating with vendors of Server, online UPS and all IT equipment,* Add/Remove user, group and computer in active directory,* creating rules/right/permission for individual user, group, department* Regular maintenance of active directory* removing unusual or old data from transfer/share directory* Changing all server password in every six month* Maintenance of server (external and internal)* Reconfigure file Server, domain controller, Active Directory, Web server in emergency,* Taking Data Backup in three phases, daily weekly and monthly* Software Database backup daily at 5:30 pm on two removable devices*Daily monitoring another data backup which is stored in another Backup serer of factory* Web data (inetpub& repositories) weekly in two removable drive* Data backup of working and outlook folder of all PC( Factory and Head office) in last week of eachmonth in two removable drive* burning monthly PC data in DVD Disc* Keep Backup of Active directory regularly
