Recovered debt money on behalf of NRB Bank. I work in cycle 4,5,6,7, CL & PreCL. Visiting customers current address & work address physically to get payment. Preparing work reports on a daily, weekly & monthly basis and submitting to the Collection Team Manager regularly. Maintaining a good relationship with the customers.Achieveing collection targets through existing clients.Ensure daily report collection and compile as per management requirement and be professional.Achieveing individual targets on a daily, weekly & monthly basis set by the respective collection Team Manager.Any responsibilities given by the Management.

Attend inbound and outbound calls of customersListen and understand the customer complaints and suitable solutions to customers .Receive customer complaints and forward the complaint to the concerned department.

Post and process journal entries.To ensure all business transactions are recorded.Update accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, and perform reconciliations of bank, assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc.Update financial data in databases.Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports as per management requirements.Handling of Banking Related work.Handle of all Tax & VAT related matters of the company.Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
