Responsible for national (Whole country) sales operation of the organization and to achieve the monthly as well as yearly assigned target of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES : Yearly and monthly sales & promotional planning. Monthly target planning and target distribution among team leaders/ field forces. Monthly distribution planning area wise and sales office wise. Implementing and controlling the company’s goals & objectives. Analysis the periodical target vs. sales & market shares against competitive brands. Market research through survey team for market and business development. Motivating field forces to retain and increase market share by making them loyal to the company. Regular market visit where necessary, find out lacking and give immediate solution. Coordinate the individual yearly work plan for all staffs, their performance assessment and evaluation. Prepare monthly report on the overall performance for the Managing Director. Ensure effective coordination with all departments in order to maximize the possibilities of inter- organizational collaboration and communication to other related duties as required for the overall growth & development of the organization.
